1. About Our Products

We sell digital resume generator scripts that create professional PDF resumes. Our products include:

• Gold Package: Basic PDF generation with professional templates
• Diamond Package: PDF generation with editing capabilities
• VIP Package: Full customization including fonts and colors

All products are digital downloads delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Accounts & Orders

• You must provide accurate billing and contact information at checkout.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our sole discretion (e.g., due to suspected fraud, abuse, or technical errors).
• You are responsible for keeping your download links and script files confidential.
• You agree to ensure your computer system meets the basic technical requirements (modern web browser) to run our scripts.

3. License & Intellectual Property

Upon purchase, GuardOfCode grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the scripts for personal or business purposes (e.g., creating resumes for yourself or clients).

Permitted Use:

• You MAY modify the code for your own personal use or customization (if applicable to your package).
• You MAY use the scripts on multiple computers that you personally own.
• You MAY sell the output (the PDF resume) to clients, but not the script itself.

4. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe and Shopify Payments. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and you authorize us to charge the full amount of your order.

• Prices are listed in Euros (€) and may be subject to VAT/Tax based on your location.
• We do not store your full credit card details.
• You agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue.

5. Delivery

Delivery is automated. Upon successful payment, you will receive:

1. A direct download link on the order confirmation page.
2. An email containing your receipt and download link.

If you do not receive the email within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact support@guardofcode.com.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our products (downloadable software), sales are generally final once the download has commenced.

However, we offer refunds in specific cases such as unresolvable technical defects. Please refer to our Refund Policy for the complete terms and EU consumer rights information.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or products for:

• Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
• Creating offensive, fraudulent, or deceptive resumes.
• Uploading viruses or malicious code.
• Attempting to bypass our security measures or scrape our website.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GuardOfCode shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or job opportunities).
• Issues arising from your failure to meet system requirements or incompatibility with third-party software.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the purchase price paid by you for the Product.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GuardOfCode from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our Products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the use of our website or download servers will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may occasionally suspend service for maintenance or updates.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory local law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Your continued use of our website or products after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

14. Dispute Resolution: Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

By purchasing our Products or using our Website, you and GuardOfCode agree that any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Products shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that you may bring claims against GuardOfCode only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

The arbitration shall be conducted in Sheridan, Wyoming, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof.
